The first forum on Quality and Export Regulation was held by Promperú, focusing on boosting the export capabilities of Peruvian entrepreneurs, especially in the hydrobiological sector. The National Fisheries Health Agency (Sanipes) guided over 200 entrepreneurs on the necessary steps to export hydrobiological products to Asian markets, emphasizing the importance of adhering to national and international standards for health and safety. The forum also highlighted the documentation requirements for sanitary certification to export to countries like China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia.
