The state's main exports included sugar and alcohol, meat, soy complex, forest products, and juices, accounting for 78.6% of total exports. China was the top destination for these exports. The pandemic significantly impacted total exports (US $ 42.39 billion) and imports (US $ 51.42 billion), leading to a trade deficit of US $ 9.03 billion. The main imports included soybeans, crude oil, and machinery.
