Starting from the 21st, the purchase will commence, with a production incentive of 2,500 won/kg provided to participating farms. The Seosan Agricultural Technology Center (Director Kim Gap-sik) will conduct the purchase of Seosan's representative specialty product, Seosan six-cleft garlic, from the 21st to the 25th at the Seosan Agricultural Cooperative Corporation located within the Agricultural Technology Center. This purchase will target six-cleft garlic (Hanji type) and will proceed over five days. The number of participating farms in the contracted cultivation for the purchase is 212, with a total purchase volume of 243 tons. The purchase price remains the same as last year: special grade at 7,500 won/kg (diameter 4.5 cm or more), upper grade at 5,500 won/kg (diameter 4 cm or more), and middle grade at 2,200 won/kg (diameter less than 4 cm).
