[Seosan News] Agricultural Cooperative launches 'Eat Breakfast' campaign targeting middle school students

(Seocheon=Yonhap News) The Seocheon branch of the National Agricultural Cooperative in South Chungcheong Province, together with the Seocheon Office of Education, held a 'Breakfast Campaign' at Daechon Middle School in Unsan-myeon on the 26th.

The Agricultural Cooperative and the Office of Education distributed rice-based triangular gimbap, rice drinks, and bread to students arriving at school that day.

Song Yeong-gwang, the branch manager of the Agricultural Cooperative, said, "This was a meaningful time to inform students about healthy eating habits of having breakfast and the importance of our rice," and added, "We will make further efforts to increase rice consumption and thereby enhance the income of farmers."
