Serbia raising smart farms... "Market entry strategy needs to be established"

Due to aging populations and climate change, Serbia's agricultural productivity is declining, and its smart farm market is still in its early stages. It is suggested that our smart farm companies entering the Serbian market should be accompanied by technology exports and the establishment of trust-based partnerships. According to the recent report titled "Trends in Serbia's Smart Farm Industry and Strategies for Our Companies' Entry" released by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), agriculture plays a significant role in Serbia's industrial production. Over the past five years, Serbia's agriculture has contributed 4.5% to the country's GDP, which is considerably higher than the European Union's (EU) average agricultural GDP contribution of 2.0% in 2023.
