Brazil: Sergipe port terminal, operated by VLI, starts the first shipment of corn for export

VLI, a logistics solutions company that integrates terminals, railroads and ports, operator of the Inácio Barbosa Maritime Terminal (TMIB), located in Barra dos Coqueiros, Sergipe, announces the first shipment of corn towards export in the history of the terminal. The contract provides that, between June and July this year, 60 thousand tons will be destined for the North American market. With the new flow, the company takes another step in consolidating TMIB as an outlet for Brazilian agribusiness. The corn shipped in Sergipe comes from the western region of the State of Bahia.
