Finally, a group of shareholders of Bioceres S.A., in the face of the surprising debacle that the company experienced in the last year – which led to a cessation of payments – decided to evaluate the implementation of a “social action for responsibility” against Federico Trucco and Manuel Alberto Sobrado. The issue will be debated in the ordinary general shareholders' meeting to be held in virtual format on February 25 at 10:00 AM, in which the possible fate of the fallen company will also be discussed. Manuel Alberto Sobrado resigned as titular director of Bioceres in October 2025, while Federico Trucco continued to be part of the company’s board at least until December of last year.
