Spanish pork exports to Mexico increased in 2022 by more than fifty-six percent in volume and almost seventy-six percent in value. Spain exported almost twenty-five thousand tons of pork to that country, with a value that exceeded seventy-eight million euros. These are data provided by the Interprofesional del Porcino de Capa Blanca de España (INTERPORC), which has been present at Expo Carnes y Lácteos, in Monterrey (Mexico), from February 21 to 23, together with the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture and six companies: Jorge Group, ElPozo, Faccsa-Prolongo, Batallé, Friselva and Fribin.
