Sinan County Mayor's Association implements the release of sea bream fry.

The Sinan County Fisheries Cooperative Association (President Kim Gil-dong) and the Jeonnam Marine Fisheries Science Institute, in collaboration with the fishermen of Aphae-eup, Sinan County, released 500,000 juvenile nori shrimp into the waters of Aphae-eup on the 29th to protect marine resources and increase the income of fishermen. The Sinan County Fisheries Cooperative Association and the Jeonnam Marine Fisheries Science Institute signed a "business cooperation agreement for the enhancement of marine resources in the Sinan waters" in 2023. They have been conducting a release project for the creation of fishery resources through the spawning and cultivation processes of various fish species, such as sea bream, octopus, and nori shrimp, at the Fisheries Resources Creation Institute.
