Paraguay: Soybean meal exports increased 60%

In the first quarter of 2024, Paraguay exported 645,334 tons of soybean meal, an increase of 243,800 tons or 60.7% more compared to the same period in 2023, when 401,534 tons were sent. In terms of income, exports of the soy derivative generated USD 230.6 million, an increase of USD 29,486 million, considering that up to the fourth month of last year they earned USD 201.1 million. This represented a year-on-year increase of 14.7%.
