The International Olive Council (IOC) has published its latest statistical update on the olive oil and table olive sector, corresponding to the month of November of the 2025/2026 campaign. The report records the evolution of prices at origin, international trade trends, and consumption indicators, in a context marked by a strong price correction following the tensions recorded in previous campaigns and by a recovery of exported volumes. Price adjustments and signs of normalization During the first week of November, the production price of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) showed disparate behaviors in the main reference markets. While in Bari (Italy) a decrease was recorded, in Jaén (Spain) the price increased by 5.4% compared to the previous week.
