Spanish exports of cured ham and shoulder rise

Thus, bone-in products have gone from 3,151 tons to 3,789 (+20.2%); while its growth in value has been even higher, since, compared to the 29.8 million euros invoiced in 2021 between January and May, this year 37.4 million euros have been invoiced for this concept (+25, two%). For its part, boneless ham and shoulder have reached 16,925 tons, compared to 14,177 the previous year (+19.4%). That means, in value, going from 139.7 million euros to 170.7 (+22.2%). Cooked hams and shoulders have also experienced great growth in their exports, specifically 41.5% in volume (from 2,212 tons to 3,129) and 26.6% in value (from 10.8 to 13.7 million euros ).
