The campaign, led by interprofessional INTEROVIC, aims to capitalize on the growing demand for lamb in Middle Eastern markets, where it is traditionally valued for celebrations, and in Asian markets that are open to new gastronomic trends. Leveraging the EU's position as the fourth largest producer and exporter of sheep and goat meat, the campaign emphasizes the unique flavor and quality standards of European products, positioning them as valuable in markets that do not impose tariff barriers and appreciate the traceability and mild flavor of European meats.
