[Agricultural, Fisheries, and Livestock Newspaper=Reporter Park Yu-shin] In the context of expanding the global market, the opportunity presented by free trade agreements (FTAs) with various countries is crucial for expanding the territory of our agricultural and food exports. Fortunately, last year's total agricultural and food exports reached a record high of 9.98 billion dollars, marking a 9% increase from the previous year, demonstrating the potential for growth. In order for our agricultural and food exports to achieve sustained growth through expansion, it is most important to diversify export products in response to changes in global consumer trends. To this end, this newspaper, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korea Rural Economic Institute, jointly presents the theme "Opening the 'Second Golden Age' of K-FOOD through Diversification of Export Items."
