EU pork exports to third countries remained stable from January to July 2024, with a total of 2.36 million tonnes exported, similar to the previous year, according to AMI and the European Commission. Spain remained the largest exporter with 32% market share, followed by the Netherlands and Denmark, which saw small export declines. Germany saw the largest increase in pork deliveries to third countries, with a 17% increase. Other countries like France, Ireland, Belgium, and Italy also increased their pork exports, offsetting the declines in other EU countries.
