Recent low temperatures in Huelva province have slowed down agricultural production, which has helped increase prices that were previously low in January. According to the latest report from the Observatory of Prices of the Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca, Agua y Desarrollo Rural, quoted by Efeagro, the decrease in production in areas far from the coast has led to a decrease in supply, which has slightly increased the price. So far, the commercialized volume is only 4.5% of the expected total, with the majority of production concentrated in March, April, and May.
