Recent data from Dutch stock exchanges indicates a decline in the prices of both yellow and red onions. On the Goes stock exchange, the price for onions with a 30-60% share of large bulbs dropped from 31.25 euros/100 kg to 27 euros/100 kg, while onions with a share of large bulbs above 60 percent decreased from 33.50 euros/100 kg to 29 euros/100 kg. Similarly, at the Emmeloord stock exchange, the largest diameter onion was sold for EUR 30.50/100 kg, and red onion was valued at EUR 75/100 kg, both showing a decrease.
