Summer harvest projects 25.9 million tons in Paraná

The Conjunctural Bulletin released on Thursday (29) by the Rural Economy Department of the State Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply indicates that the first Subjective Crop Forecast of 2026 maintained the projections presented in December, with few changes in the projected scenario. According to Deral/Seab, the soybean production in Paraná should exceed 22 million tons in the current crop. So far, 5% of the total area estimated at 5.78 million hectares has been harvested. The bulletin reports that the climatic conditions at the beginning of 2026, marked by high temperatures and irregular rainfall, require attention from the sector.
