Suncheon City (Mayor Noh Kwan-gyu) announced that applications for the "2026 Organic Fertilizer Support Project," which aims to reduce the financial burden on farmers and strengthen the foundation for eco-friendly agriculture, will be accepted until December 12. Applications for the organic agricultural materials support project will be accepted until December 31. Eligibility for the application is limited to agricultural businesses that have registered agricultural management information. Application forms can be submitted by visiting the administrative welfare center of the town, township, or neighborhood where the farmland is located, or by registered mail, email, etc. The Organic Fertilizer Support Project provides financial support for the purchase of three types of organic fertilizers (mixed oil cake, mixed organic matter, organic compound fertilizer) and two types of matured organic fertilizers (livestock manure compost, compost). Notably, the city will provide support for the purchase costs of these fertilizers.
