Uzbekistan's exports of 'summer' apples have seen a decline in 2021, due to weather issues and an oversupply in the Russian market, leading to lower prices. The country exported just 1.6 thousand tons of early apples to Russia, a significant drop from the previous year. In contrast, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan have seen growth in their apple exports to Russia, with Tajikistan's exports increasing by 26% and Turkmenistan's by 30%. Iran has the highest exports, increasing them threefold to 6.9 thousand tons.
