"Targeting 1490% in sales"... Korea Food Promotion Institute releases a collection of success stories for young entrepreneurs

High-growth companies such as Medipresso and Baekgyeong Distillery are emerging in large numbers, achieving a success rate of 68%. The Korea Food Industry Cluster Promotion Agency (President Kim Deok-ho) announced on the 30th that it has published a collection of excellent case studies titled "Case Studies of Youth Food Startup Support" which summarizes the achievements of the Youth Food Startup Growth Support Project launched in 2017. The casebook compiles the processes that food startup entrepreneurs have gone through, from idea generation to commercialization, investment attraction, and global expansion. From 2017 to 2024, the Food Promotion Institute has nurtured a total of 316 teams. Among them, 215 teams succeeded in starting a business or commercialization, achieving a success rate of 68.0%.
