Technical Qualification Drives Professional Training in the Gaucho Pampa

The training of students, teachers, and rural producers in the areas of fruit farming and agricultural mechanization, with the aim of helping develop the Pampa region, is one of the initiatives that the Gaucho Association of Technical Agricultural Education Teachers (Agptea) has been developing in 2025. At the Pampa Training Institute, located at the Agptea Minas Hotel, in Minas do Camaquã, in the municipality of Caçapava do Sul, a course on pecan farming was held. In a packed auditorium, the class was taught by Edson Ortiz, director and owner of Divinut company. Along with his team, he provided guidance on planting, management, and harvesting. He also addressed property management, which can be intercropped with other crops to add value to the rural property.
