Olimerca.- The Olive Grove and Oil Interpretation Center recently hosted the official presentation of a new edition of the Maintenance and Optimization of Oil Mills 2026 course, an initiative aimed at reinforcing technical training at a key moment for the modernization of the olive oil sector. The event was attended by the president of the Olive Grove and Oil Association, Francisco Javier Lozano Blanco, the general manager for Spain and Portugal of Pieralisi, Rodrigo Jaén, and the center manager, Soledad Román. During his speech, Lozano emphasized the strategic role of the oil mill within the value chain of olive oil, highlighting that "this course responds to the importance of the work carried out in the oil mill within the value chain of olive oil," stressing the need to continue advancing in the technical training of professionals in the sector.
