Currently, the area of Bát Độ bamboo in the communes of Hưng Khánh, Quy Mông, Việt Hồng, Lương Thịnh, and Trấn Yên (Lào Cai province) reaches nearly 5,000 hectares, with an annual yield of over 33,000 tons, valued at over 200 billion VND.
