Temporary general meeting of the Korea Beekeeping Farmers Cooperative... 10 non-executive directors elected

The Korea Bee Farmers' Cooperative Association (Chairman Kim Yong-rae) held an extraordinary general meeting on the 23rd in the association's conference room, with around 80 delegates in attendance. During the meeting, the election of new non-executive directors was conducted due to the expiration of the terms of the current non-executive directors. The election results saw the selection of eight non-executive directors: Cho Sang-woo (Gyeonggi), Lee Jong-kwon (Chungbuk), Lee Byeong-no (Jeonbuk), Park Bong-kwon (Jeonnam), Seong Nak-jin (Gyeongbuk), Nam Hae-geun (Gyeongnam), and Shin Hyun-ok (female director). Lee Nok-hee (special, metropolitan, and autonomous), Kim Haeng-in (Gangwon), and An Se-chang (Chungnam) were elected unopposed. Chairman Kim Yong-rae said, "We did our best to ensure that the election of non-executive directors was conducted fairly and transparently."
