Ms. Narumon Pinyosinwat, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand, announced that the Ministry will officially launch the "Crop Ownership Certificate" and "Rubber Tree Ownership Certificate" programs. This initiative aims to strengthen land ownership rights for farmers. These ownership certificates not only certify the existence of registered rubber trees and other crops but also legally recognize them as valuable economic assets. Farmers can use them as collateral for loans or leverage their value in the Thai economy.
