ISTANBUL – The eagerly awaited sacrificial animal prices for 2026, as citizens prepare for Eid al-Adha, have started to become clear. According to the latest data reported by Dünya Newspaper, the market, shaped by feed costs and supply-demand balance, has reflected the new season figures for both large and small animals. "Bull" at the Peak in Large Animal Prices In large animals, prices vary widely depending on the animal's breed and weight. According to the current list: 500 - 550 kg Calf: between 240,000 TL and 275,000 TL, Bull over 600 kg: buyers can be found in the range of 300,000 TL to 330,000 TL. Heifers and Cows: Sacrificial heifer prices start from an average of 120,000 TL, while barren cows go up to 140,000 TL levels. Small Animal Prices for Lamb and Goat Prices have also been set for citizens who will prefer small animals according to their budget.
