In 2025, the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council (VAAC) focused its activities on the systemic protection of agrarians working in conditions of war and constant security risks. The result of this work was specific legislative decisions, government resolutions, international agreements, and practical support for farmers in the regions. One of the key achievements of the year was the adoption of a law on the "freezing" of credit obligations for enterprises from occupied and frontline territories. After a long advocacy campaign by the VAAC, the state introduced mechanisms that allowed agrarians who lost assets due to the war to temporarily stop credit payments. "2025 showed that even in conditions of war, agrarians can be heard if their position is consistent and substantiated.
