In 2023, Azerbaijan harvested 268.9 thousand tons of tomatoes from its 3,228 greenhouses, according to the State Statistics Committee. The country also produced a variety of other crops including cucumbers, mushrooms, onions, cabbage, beans, peppers, eggplants, garlic, and wild strawberries, primarily in ten regions.
