The BAKA region is shaping the economic future.

The second meeting of the TR61 Region Smart Specialization Strategy (S3) Platform, led by the Western Mediterranean Development Agency (BAKA), was held at the Senate Hall of the Mediterranean University Rectorate. Supported by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the strategy, which will shape the economic future of the region, focuses on innovation activities in the four core specialization areas of the TR61 Region, which includes Antalya, Isparta, and Burdur. These areas include Smart and Sustainable Tourism, Functional Chemicals and Health Products, Smart and Sustainable Agriculture-Food Systems, and Aviation.
