Morocco has outpaced Spain for the third year running as the main supplier of tomatoes to the UK, selling 84% more than Spain in 2024, a significant increase from the 67.42% gap in 2021. Despite a slight decrease in total import volume, the UK's total import value of tomatoes rose from 513.08 million euros in 2014 to 687 million euros in 2023. The Netherlands remains the top supplier, with Morocco and Spain ranking second and third respectively.
