Bulgaria's authentic taste, traditions, and quality were the focus of Bulgaria Day, which was celebrated on Thursday during the FRUIT LOGISTICA exhibition in Berlin, reported the Bulgarian Association of Fruit and Vegetable Producers (BAPOV). All visitors to the BAPOV stand had the opportunity to try traditionally grown Bulgarian fruits and vegetables, as well as classic Bulgarian dishes made from them. Guests enjoyed lyutenitsa, stuffed peppers with rice, banitsa with cheese, spinach, and pumpkin. In parallel with the culinary experience, beneficial meetings were held with foreign logistics companies and representatives of the agricultural sector in Europe, with real interest in Bulgarian production. Each guest leaving the association's stand took with them a small package of Bulgarian oregano and recipes for the dishes that were offered on site.
