TOLEDO, March 16. (EUROPE PRESS) - The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development of Castilla-La Mancha will launch its regional school for shepherds this spring with the aim of continuing to have extensive farmers committed to the Manchega sheep that guarantee the future of Manchego cheese, a spearhead product and that it is "the best intangible heritage that Castilla-La Mancha has".
