The 16th International Cocoa and Chocolate Salon 2025 is approaching, the most important meeting in the sector, which will bring together cocoa producers, chocolatiers, exporters, importers, and industry experts. The event will be held from Thursday, July 17 to Sunday, July 20 at the Lima Convention Center, located in San Borja. Cocoa and chocolate fans will be able to celebrate those who produce and add value to our emblematic fruit: Peruvian cocoa, considered one of the best in the world for its quality, aromas, and fine flavors. This new edition will feature over 200 exhibition and sales stands for cocoa derivatives. The event expects to welcome 28,000 visitors and generate sales of over S/60 million, including direct sales and purchase commitments through business rounds.
