Selling prices of dairy products Dairy plants monitored within the Integrated Agricultural Market Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on March 1–7, 2021, butter in blocks sold for PLN 16.09 / kg, which is 3% more expensive than a week earlier and 5% more than a month ago . Packaged butter was sold at PLN 17.37 / kg (PLN 3.47 for a 200 gram cube), thus 3% more expensive than in the previous quotation and 6% more than a month earlier.
