The dairy sector of Ukraine is asking for help from the European Union.

The Milk Producers Association (MPA) initiated the issue of anti-crisis financial support for industrial dairy farms in Ukraine in 2026. This was reported by the MPA. Following the appeal by the MPA, the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine officially addressed the European Union to consider the possibility of financing a corresponding program.
