The "EU Tea Import and Export Trade Research Report (2024)" has been released. China is the largest tea supplier to the EU.

Recently, the "EU Tea Import and Export Trade Research Report (2024)" (hereinafter referred to as "the Report"), jointly compiled by the Tea Industry Division of the China Agricultural International Cooperation Promotion Association and the "Belt and Road" International Tea Trade Industry Science and Technology Innovation Institute, was officially released. The Report systematically sorted out the overall situation of EU tea imports and exports from 2020 to 2024, providing data support for related industry and policy formulation. The Report shows that in 2024, the EU's tea import value was 583 million euros, a year-on-year increase of 11.45%; the import volume was 119.8 thousand tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.61%; the average price was 4.87 euros/kg.
