The Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation in Egypt has announced the approval of a police veterinary quarry to export horses to the European Union. This approval is in line with presidential directives to improve horse production and export rates, aiming to restore Egypt's leading position in the horse industry. The quarry, located at the police veterinary quarantine and the Armed Forces Hospital, has been approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, the Veterinary Services Authority, and the Embassy of Egypt in Brussels, adhering to international standards. The approval was published as European Commission Decision No. 2329 of 2022.
