Ukrainian honey exports have experienced a significant surge in the first quarter of the current year, with exports nearly doubling to 22.8 thousand tons from the previous year's 11.8 thousand tons, according to Shareuapotential's customs statistics. This growth has also seen an increase in export value to $43.5 million from $31.3 million in the same timeframe last year. In 2023, Ukraine's total honey exports reached 55,000 tons, valued at $121 million, showing a dynamic market compared to the 48,000 tons at $137 million in 2022, and 57,600 tons at $143 million in 2021.
