A farm near Kyiv is cultivating eleven types of leafy greens, including lettuce and arugula, using the aeroponics method in greenhouses. This method involves growing seeds in mineral wool, which is then watered with nutrient solutions, allowing the plants to absorb nutrients through the air and water. The seeds are checked for quality and growth in four to five days in summer and two weeks in winter. The produce is sold in local shops and markets.
