According to the publication, “the market opened stable, with no changes in quotations compared to the previous day.” Slaughter schedules meet, on average, ten days, and the supply of cattle has been sufficient to meet demand. In Mato Grosso do Sul, the analysis reported that despite the tight supply, slaughterhouses are already operating with schedules planned for the first week of January.
