The first shipment of Chilean salmon for export was sent to Australia

This is a shipment of fresh refrigerated salmon fillet, exported by two prominent national companies. This important milestone marks the starting point for the export of our products to Australia, opening new opportunities to position the quality and excellence of national production abroad. To achieve this significant achievement, an extensive and rigorous audit process was carried out led by the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Service (Sernapesca), with the valuable support of ProChile, through which compliance with the requirements established by the demanding Australian market was verified, both for its sanitary control system and for the safety of products destined for export.
