March quotations for soft red winter wheat on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) rose to $203.01 per ton, March futures for hard red winter wheat on the Kansas City Board of Trade (KCBT) in Kansas City rose to $203.56 per ton, March futures for hard red spring wheat on the Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX) in Minneapolis rose to $212.56 per ton. March futures for soft red winter wheat in Chicago closed at $5.52-1/2, rising by 15 ¼ cents, May futures for wheat in Chicago closed at $5.58-1/2, rising by 13 ¼ cents.
