The tariff quota volume for the export of wheat, barley, rye, and corn from Russia outside the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in total will amount to 20 million tons. The volume of the quota for the export of rye is 0 tons. The decree has been signed, according to the cabinet's website. The quotas will be in effect from February 15 to June 30, 2026. The decision will make it possible to maintain an optimal balance between the domestic grain market and the supply of this product abroad. It was adopted taking into account the forecast indicators of the production and consumption of grain crops on the Russian market, according to the message. Tariff quotas do not apply to the export of grain for the provision of international humanitarian aid to foreign states based on government decisions.
