Bodrum Municipality continues to purchase Green Bodrum Mandarin from producers across the district. The Agricultural Services Directorate is continuing its efforts it initiated to contribute to the producer with the early harvest of Bodrum Mandarin, which is distinguished by its geographical indication, unique scent, and aroma. In the scope of the efforts to reach a wide audience, increase awareness, and make it sustainable, this week, a total of 7,600 kilograms of Green Bodrum Mandarin were purchased from 15 producers across the district. Of the purchased mandarin, 7,100 kilograms were sent to a food company in Mersin, and 500 kilograms were sent to a food company in Denizli. In line with the efforts carried out by the Agricultural Services Directorate, a total of 12,000 kilograms of Green Bodrum Mandarin were purchased.
