As of November 27, 2025, the harvest of late crops in Ukraine is coming to an end. According to the latest data from the Ministry of Economy, grains and legumes have been threshed on an area of 10.42 million hectares, which constitutes 89% of the forecast. A total of 52.58 million tons of grain have been harvested with an average yield of 5.05 tons per hectare. The largest volumes of production are provided by corn. Corn has been harvested on 3.97 million hectares (75% of the forecast), yielding 22.49 million tons of grain with an average yield of 6.7 tons per hectare. The highest average yield of corn is: Soybeans have been harvested on 2 million hectares, which is 97% of the forecasted area. A total of 4.74 million tons have been harvested, with an average yield of 2.3 tons per hectare.
