Russia: The high quality of Kursk wheat from the 2024 harvest is confirmed by specialists from the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Grain Quality Assessment Center”

Specialists from the Kursk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Grain Quality Assessment Center” are examining a new wheat crop grown in the region as part of state grain monitoring. To date, the gross wheat harvest has amounted to 2 million tons, and about 1.5 million tons have already been studied in the Center’s testing laboratory. – According to test results, 27% of the studied volume of wheat was classified as 3rd class. This is the highest class of wheat that grows in the Kursk region. Grain of this quality is valuable wheat, which has good baking properties. I can say that this year we are recording a large amount of high-quality wheat.
