At the end of this year, the volume of milk product imports into Russia will decrease by 9%. This assessment was made by Artem Belov, the director of the National Union of Milk Producers ("Soyuzmoloko"), during the Siberian Agro-Food Forum. According to him, the decrease will help balance the market, as the industry association also forecasts a possible slight decrease in consumption within 1% with an increase in the production of commercial milk by approximately 2%, reports TASS.
