The Russian government has extended the ban on fuel exports. This measure was adopted despite concerns from the Ministry of Energy. Rosselkhoznadzor wants to be granted a number of new powers to control veterinary drugs. At the same time, the Ministry of Agriculture will lose some of them. Alcohol production in Russia fell by more than 10% last year. This year, experts also forecast major difficulties for the industry. Since February 3, export duties on major grains in Russia will remain zero. At the same time, indicative prices for all crops will continue to rise. Russia imported coffee and tea from Japan for a record amount. Purchases of the former commodity exceeded those of the latter.
