The article highlights the implementation of a new Cabinet of Ministers' resolution on January 26, 2021, which establishes a minimum retail price for certain alcoholic beverages. The minimum prices per glass container for vermouth and other natural grape wines, as well as sparkling wines and fermented beverages, have been set at UAH 49 and 109 hryvnias, respectively. This move is aimed at regulating the market and ensuring consumer protection, according to the State Tax Service.
